THE International Monetary Fund has been closely involved with small states and the Pacific Island countries when it comes to climate change mitigation and adaptation.
IMF mission chief on the Article IV Consultation to Fiji, Roberto Fernandes Guimaraes-Filho, says despite the close involvement the IMF has also been debating on climate change even at the very highest levels.
