THE Acting Prime Minister, Aiyaz Sayed-Khaiyum, has again emphasised the need to tailor climate finance frameworks to the unique challenges faced by vulnerable small island states in the Pacific.
During his opening remarks, Mr Sayed-Khaiyum described climate change adaptation as an issue of survival for Pacific nations.
The Acting PM was leading the push for regional co-operation in getting climate financing during the Green Climate Fund's Regional Workshop in Suva on Monday.
