A special session on climate change will be held at the Commonwealth Heads of Government Meeting (CHOGM) in Malta in November.
This was confirmed by Kamalesh Sharma, the Secretary-General of the Commonwealth of Nations, at the Third Pacific Islands Development Forum summit yesterday.
According to Mr Sharma, the Commonwealth meeting would bring together so many diverse countries- developed counties, emerging economies, and countries still in their early stage of development, all directly affected by the challenges of adapting to the climate.
