TECHNICAL and financial support are critical if we are to implement projects that would help Fiji adapt and be resilient to climate change.
At the opening of the new sea wall project at Karoko Village in Cakaudrove on Wednesday, Government rep from the Climate Change division Teresia Powell said technical and financial support were often recognised as challenges for the Government and other Pacific Island countries.
